The L-3 Multiple-Award Resource Center (MRC) centrally manages Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) and General Services Administration (GSA) Schedules for L-3.

Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ)

Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts are most often awarded for services. Awards are granted for base years with follow-on option years. The government places delivery orders (DOs) for supplies or TOs for services against a basic contract for individual requirements. Minimum and maximum quantity limits are set in the basic contract.

General Services Administration (GSA) Schedules

A GSA Schedule is a multiple-award ID/IQ contract for products and services available to all federal and authorized buyers worldwide.

  • Wide range of professional and technical services and products, including information technology, security, engineering, logistics and program management
  • No dollar limit or ceiling value for TOs or contracts
  • 20-year contract ordering periods
  • Ordering process meets all competition requirements; no synopsis required
  • No interagency agreements required
  • Includes pre-negotiated, fixed labor rates determined to be fair and reasonable
